I guess you can say we didn’t play our best tonight. But then again, you can also say that you should agree to play a game where chicken wing elbows are legal and back blocking is allowed.
It also seems that hitting out of bounds is legal.
It’s also pretty bad when the male douch bag couch of the opposing team in a league made up of all female athletes LAUGHS at you and your team mates when you hit one of “his girls” and they don’t go down.

I saw on the news this morning that after a record breaking year last year and the toy recall scare this year, Toys for Tots is experiencing an extreme toy shortage and that possibly half of the families requesting toys this season may not get them. Toys for Tots sorts all toys and has a 13 page list of recalled toys that will be pulled from their donations.
I am making a monetary donation, seeing as how I bet they can get better deals with cash than I can (and they have that nifty list of no-no toys), and if I see some kids toys on sale, I’ll pick them up and drop them off at one of their donation centers.

Amazing.
I used to not understand. Then one day the world decided to come around full circle and opened my eyes for me.
You can’t control who you fall in love with. It just happens. You can’t force yourself on someone else, it just won’t work. You can’t force someone else on you, no matter how right it might feel at the time. You can’t be angry with the one that steals the one you love away. You might be stealing someone away yourself. You can’t be angry with the one who just won’t love you back because, somewhere out there, there’s someone willing to love you back just as you are.
I’ve finally seen it all. Or at least, everything I needed to see to understand my path for the last couple of years. It’s amazing how long ago some things seem and how much these things consumed my life and my thoughts. This is all starting to sound so cliché, but maybe the only reason it seems so silly is because up until now I was so naïve in a sense, lacking in experience.
And by the way, I’m stronger now than you would ever think possible.
